Lost or Stolen Packages

Honey & Hive is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow one business day for tracking info to update. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. Please visit the shipper's website for updates on your order.

P. O. Boxes

Honey & Hive ships to P.O. Boxes. These packages will be sent through USPS. USPS does not offer a signature option for P.O. Boxes, therefore, the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one. Please make appropriate arrangements with the post office that houses your P.O. Box to ensure you receive your package.

USPS/ UPS

Honey & Hive offers free shipping on all orders over $150 (USD); except for custom orders and are shipped through Priority USPS or UPS ground shipping. All orders over 1LB are shipped with $100 (USD)of insurance to cover damaged goods. Insurance does not cover lost or stolen packages. It is suggested to add Route insurance, and ship to a secure location if this is a concern.

Standard USPS and UPS ground shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped.

Processing Time

We are just as excited as you for you to get your package! Orders placed by 10:30 AM (EST) will generally ship the same or next business day. Since our products are handmade there are some exceptions based on inventory. We strive to get all packages out within three business days.

Honey & Hive ships from Tuckerton, New Jersey. All domestic orders will be processed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification unless otherwise noted on the product page. We are not experiencing any processing delays. Exception: Please allow extra time for items purchased during a sale.
